My Mom is a fan of gardening about once a year, now is about that time. My plan is to pick her up a few flats of flowers and a gift card from Amai Day Spa in Bothell's Country Village. Every Mom loves to pamper herself and the best part about Amai is they offer many natural and organic lotions, oils and various other beauty goodies!

The use of toxic chemicals in nail products has long been the standard in the USA. Many beauty companies have built successful businesses on this unmonitored practice. The cost of using Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DBP is cheap. The cost to your health might not be. The three chemicals Formaldehyde, Toluene and DBP can cause cancer, birth defects, respiratory problems, neurological damage, the list goes on. Now what?
The only location is in SeaTac but the products are also available at Fireworks (another super great store for unique gifts!!) and they have sites in Pioneer Square, Westlake Center, U Village and SeaTac. I have purchased a few bottles of this polish and I LOVE it! It goes on smooth, doesn't quickly chip and is free of chemicals!
