Come to Point Robinson to learn how to appreciate and protect the Sound’s ecosystem and its unique creatures.
People For Puget Sound and cosponsors invite you to the Lowtide Celebration, a family-friendly event for everyone to explore and enjoy the panorama of marine life that populates the Puget Sound shoreline. Join us on the following fun learning activities:
- Lowtide beachwalks with expert beach naturalists
- Touching tidepool animals gently with best beach etiquette
- Lighthouse tours
- Native plant and bird walks
- Childrens beach activities
- Presentations by tribal biologist Dave Winfrey & cultural educators Odin Lonning & Ann Stateler
This family-friendly event is free.
Bring footwear for walking on the beach (sand, rocks, water) and clothing for a variety of weather conditions.
