We had a great response to participate in the Susan G Komen "Race for the Cure" on June 7th. An amazing 23 of you signed up and I know some more of you are bringing friends and family as well. If finding a cure for breast cancer isn't enough of a cause to fight for, the foundation is also putting forth efforts to make themselves more green as well. Hence the green swirls that appeared in all of our shirts!
Our mission to end breast cancer forever is global.
We are hoping our impact on the environment is not.
Recycle
Komen Puget Sound in partnership with Waggener Edstrom placed new recycling stations on Race day. Thank you for helping us keep the amount of plastic, paper and food garbage to a minimum on Race day by visiting the recycling stations!
